Bracket The bracket is used to fix and support all the mechanical parts and some electrical components inside the lifting casing. It is mainly welded from side plates, connecting pipes and connecting pieces. The materials are selected, and the thickness of the two side plates is also reduced. The weight of the bracket is designed with many craft holes on both sides. Worm worm because the worm gear has the advantages of large transmission ratio, compact structure, small impact load, stable transmission and low noise, and has the characteristics of reverse self-locking. It can ensure that the transmission mechanism can self-lock when the motor is powered off during patient transportation, so a worm gear reducer is selected. The involute worm is made of steel and its spiral surface is quenched to improve transmission efficiency and wear resistance. The material of the worm gear is polyformaldehyde. Guide mechanism The guide mechanism is mainly composed of a guide plastic pipe, a guide bracket, a compression spring, a safety plug, a guide housing, and a guide shaft. It is a half-section view of the guide mechanism, and a narrow gap is formed between the two guide plastic pipes. The belt protrudes from the box through this narrow slit to prevent the cloth belt from being scrambled and serves as a guide. The safety plug is supported by a guide bracket and a compression spring. In order to prevent the compression spring from losing its stability after a force is applied, a small guide rod is designed on the safety plug. The clearance between the small guide rod and the spring is designed according to the table. The boom shaft is welded, and a boom hook is installed at each end. The materials are selected and subjected to quenching and tempering. Together with the hook of the lower shell of the box, three suspension points are formed. The soft lifter is used to lift the lifted person.
